I’m just your average day guy, nothing about me stands out and I have practically zero friends. I always distanced myself from society only getting involved with people when it was work related, or at least that was the case until the evening I was framed for a murder. My world as I knew it was turned upside down and my memories of the past all gone. Assassinations to dealings with the mafia I was pulled into a foreign world to me, or is it really as foreign as I believed it to be?

A warrior named Royland is sent by the Gods to bring peace and unite the realm by erasing humanity. The King, backed by a mysterious man, however doesn't seem keen on being erased and has instead united the realm to take the fight to the Gods. What the King doesn't know is that a few of the devious lords yearn for his position and his adviser's true motives are unclear. With various factions appearing, each with their motives, nobody can be trusted and as the chaos unfolds the entire realm and all its people become swept up in what will be known as The King's Game.

12 krosts before Royland was sent to Ejitope by the Gods, a man named Joe Vega lived a peaceful life in a small village called Ebonbrook. Vrots before the annual Christmas festival, to please the Gods and bring prosperity to the village, a bandit group called the Cross Plain Bandits begin their plan to kidnap the village elder to use as a sacrifice to the Demon King. Faced with the task of saving the elder and his village, Joe Vega has to overcome his greatest weakness and find a way to fully control his ability when it matters the most, while dealing with the pain of witnessing the death of his best friend.
The King's Game - Seven Calamities Arc

Following the death of Robertus Garnet and the fall of Blackbarrow, Royland and Stain ready themselves for the onslaught from King Conanus, yet Stain becomes occupied against his own enemies as Royland discovers something about himself. The turmoil that is known as The King's Game continues to grow, as old faces emerge once again and a new powerful enemy looms. This is the rise of a new power, this is the Seven Calamities Arc.

Following Royland's exile from the Gods' clan, a new warrior is sent to complete the mission, while Royland & Stain obtain new allies to help save all of Ejitope. With the Demons, Gods, Mortals & the mysterious Father, leading the Seven Calamities, all gathering at the Capital, the Blood War beings. As the event known as The King's Game reaches its conclusion, can Royland & his allies find a way to save Ejitope or will Death sweep over them all?
